Help: Lost Customers

The Lost Customers reports shows you customers that haven't ordered in X days and had ordered in the 30 days previous to that.

It defaults to 7 days, though you can change this to any number or used the '1 Month' and '2 Months' buttons to quickly jump to those time frames.
