Help: Payment Terms
Payment terms allows you to create payment terms that you can use for your customers.
It is populated by default with 3 each of the 2 types.
Rolling Period
A rolling period payment term is a payment term that is due on a Sunday every x days. eg weekly.
Customers order stock during the period and then get a statement at the end of the period that they then pay.
Check Auto email to have the customer automatically emailed their statement on Sunday.

Non Rolling Period
This is for a period where the due date is X days from the date of invoice.
Check Sunday reminder to have the customer emailed a statement on a Sunday if they are overdue.
